Character Background:
Nusha had one job, to keep her head down and guard the inner walls of the palace. She had seen handfuls of other Shisa pass through these walls, captured from rival kingdoms, stolen from the wild, all to be sold off for a hefty price. The first rule was ignore the heartbreak from allowing one's own species to be treated poorly, and for years she obeyed that rule because she had one job to do.

Just a single prisoner, one voice, pulls her from her narrow focus. Maybe it's Mitra's otherworldly coat, or maybe Nusha is shocked by his peaceful presence amongst such a harsh environment. To her, he can only be seen as temptation. Like an ocean, Mitra's sway pulls her into an inner world which she had cut herself off from long ago. While Nusha struggles with her reality crumbling and with her powers of intellect being reborn through love, Mitra patiently waits as the trappings of her world bind him more tightly at every moment. When will she realize her true enemy is not her emotions? One can only hope it will not be too late to set her love free...

Shisa Ornament Info
Each Shisa measures about 2 inches tall and 2 inches wide. From sculpting, to casting, to hand painting, these pendants are all done by my own hand, so you can be sure that much love is poured into each of these unique critters. They're cast in a sturdy resin which is then hand painted in acrylic and pastel. Afterwords, they're sealed in a protective varnish and a ribbon best matching their colors is added for easy hanging, hopefully in a place where they they can be good guardian critters!
